The Team
Rock Biggs and Phil James have teamed up to create and write training nutrition and supplementation guides for mass building. You get two points of knowledge for the price of one training plan. Both Shaun and Devon, will get you big and buff and help you hit those goals you have been dreaming of. As a team we have a wide range of knowledge and can support from all angles of your journey.
Phil JAmes
Having taken a keen interest in muscle building, I was able to apply this into a qualification to help others reach their goals. I believe in pushing and challenging your body to its limits, because anyone can change, whether that be your mental block or your physical appearance.
SHAUN
Getting in shape was the best thing I could ever achieve for myself, self confidence and learning to love myself helped me change my life for the better. I love every phase of dieting shredding/bulking and watching your body transform. The mindset shift you gain from pushing the boundaries will help you achieve so many goals in life
Devon
My training has been a journey that I am still on today. Over the past 19 years, I’ve been able to gain knowledge and new insights into different ways of training and through diet and nutrition. My knowledge ranges from powerlifting to general fitness training. You can always change your body to the way you want it with consistency, time and a good mindset. I’m here to help you get there.
