PHIL JAMES
Hey guys, I'm Phil James. My own keen interest with fitness and muscle building pushed me to dive deep and get formally qualified, earning my Level 3 in Personal Training and Level 4 in Nutrition. It’s one thing to train yourself, but being able to effectively apply that science and experience to help others transform is something else entirely.
Now, as a full-time personal trainer and coach, putting that knowledge into practice to help you achieve your physique goals isn't just my job – it's my absolute passion! Here at The Bear Trainer, I work alongside Colin, focusing on crafting the detailed, science-backed nutrition plans and effective training strategies that ensure the hard work you put in translates directly into real, sustainable size and strength gains. Colin WEalleans
Hey, I'm Colin. Over the last five years or so, I've personally packed on over 45kg (that's nearly 100lbs!) of beef, and trust me, I learned a ton navigating the ups and downs of getting seriously bigger and stronger.
My professional life has included earning a masters in social research, being a qualified landscape architect, filming with some of the hottest men on the planet, and diving into PhD research, but deep down, I'm a meathead – bodybuilding is my number one passion, the thing that truly drives me.
That personal journey, filled with trial, error, and eventual success, is exactly what I bring to coaching. I've faced the challenges and pitfalls you might be hitting now.
My goal is to use everything I've learned – the successful strategies and the mistakes to avoid – to help you fast-track your progress. I'm excited to team up with Phil, combining my hard-won transformation experience with his nutritional expertise, to give you the ultimate blueprint for building you into the powerful, muscle bear you want to be – just like I did!
